Sameer Jain is the Chief Executive Officer of AFG International. A seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience across the Middle East and global markets, Sameer has built his career at the intersection of strategy and execution — helping organizations navigate change, sharpen their competitive edge, and deliver sustainable profitable growth.

Prior to joining AFG International, Sameer spent nearly 12 years in senior leadership roles at Landmark Group, most recently as CEO of New Businesses, where he led the development and scaling of new ventures across the group's portfolio. He previously served as CEO of Home Centre Middle East, where he drove the strategic repositioning and transformation of the business, and as Chief Strategy Officer, shaping the group's long-term direction. His earlier career was rooted in strategy consulting, with roles at McKinsey & Company, Kearney, and Ernst & Young.

Sameer holds an MBA from IMI Delhi and a bachelor's degree in commerce with Honours from Delhi University.

Mr. Ahmad Abdelkareem has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Cenomi Retail, effective May 1, 2025. With over 15 years of experience across the region, Ahmad brings a proven track record of guiding retail, food and beverage, and real estate companies through successful transformations and periods of significant growth. His expertise spans brand finance, corporate finance, corporate governance, and treasury, complemented by deep experience across the Cenomi Group as well as the broader Fashion and F&B sectors.

Ahmad joined Cenomi Retail eight years ago and has since been an integral part of the organization’s growth and evolution. Prior to this, he served as CFO at Al Areen Holding Company. Before transitioning to the corporate sector, he built a strong foundation in audit and consulting with globally recognized firms, Deloitte and Baker Tilly. Ahmad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting from Hashemite University and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at London Business School, reflecting his ongoing commitment to professional development and excellence in financial leadership.
